APPOINTMENT


Although walk-ins are welcome upon availability,  we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment, as clients that have standing appointments will be seen prior to those that do not.  Please let us know if you are pregnant or have any health conditions (e.g. allergies or injuries) when making an appointment.  If you are sick, please call to reschedule your appointment.

All appointments are made through our website online.

We do not take appointments through phone calls.

NAIL ART


Nail art time must be requested before making your appointment. We allot 30min for nailart. Some nail art is more intricate and will take longer then 30min. To ensure you have enough time for your nail art, please send us a photo of your request prior to booking your service. Every technician has their own art skill. It is encouraged to send your nailart request ahead time and have a few options prepeared.

PAYMENT


We reserve the right to change prices and services at anytime without notification. We accept Visa, Master and Swish. We don't accept Cash or personal checks. Tips cannot be added to your credit card.

GIFT CARDS


Polish nailbar gift cards can be purchased in store. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. The value of a Gift Certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission. Gift Certificates must be presented at time of service.

CELL PHONES


If you need to take a call. Hands free devices are strongly encouraged so that you don't contaminate your nails with dirt and oils from your hair and face during a service.

CANCELLATION POLICY


In the event that you cannot make your appointment, please give us a courtesy call in advance so that we may re-schedule your appointment 24h before. You can also easily cancel your appointment online. With the help of cancellation code that comes in the booking confirmation mail.

Late re-canceled or missed bookings will be charged full price.


RUNNING LATE


After bein 15 minutes late without warning about the delay.

A bill will be sent to your email.

The bill can not be removed and must be paid full price even if you later appear.

So please give us a call if you are running late!

COVID-19 POLICY


Due to the circumstances of the Corona virus. We kindly ask you to come alone to your appointment becuz of our small spaces.


We ask you customers to cancel your appointments 12 hours before appointment time and stay at home.


  • If you have any cold symptoms.
  • If you have been abroad, we ask you to stay at least 2 weeks in quarantine, before your next visit.
  • In case of late cancellation, 50% of the booked treatment will be charged.


Let us work together to reduce this spread and keep our loved ones healthy. Thanks for all the understanding!

DOG FRIENDLY


  • Well behaved dogs are welcome into all our locations. Your dog should also be able to get along with other dogs.
  • Dogs are recommend to be on a leash at all times.

  • Fresh water and yummy treats are on us! 

  • Keep in mind that there may be dog-scared / fur allergic customers. The dog will in this case unfortunately not be able to be in the salon.

CHILD SAFETY


We love children. However, For safety reasons and insurance purposes, please refrain from bringing unattended children into the nailbar. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

SERVICE REFUSAL


  • Anyone in ill health or with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
  • Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
  • Anyone that is rude, mean, or disrespectful.

RETURN


All sale items are final and non-returnable.

If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. 

SAFETY & HYGIENE

Please wash your hands thoroughly with water & soap in our sink or take some hand sanitiser thats available at all work stations.

All Nailtechs wears face mask . All work stations, LED lamps and equipments are disinfected between every customers. Some products are used and discarded after each customer for hygienic reasons.

Hand cream and hand sanitiser are available at the checkout counter. Please take some to keep your hands moisturized after the treatment.


In all Build-up treatments, dust extraction and point extraction are active for protection and good air quality during treatment time. The machine absorbs gases and dangerous vapors that may be generated during the treatment. The extractor has 3 different filters and one of them is a carbon filter which means that 99.97% of the hazardous fumes are taken up by the extractor. The extractor is CE certified in Europe.


All of our nail polishes are non-toxic and formulated without harmful chemicals.
